Petersen Brothers Construction Was Hired as the Design Build Contractor for the new Glanbia Foods Fleet Maintenance Facility. This project consisted of construction of a standalone Single-story Maintenance Truck Facility of approximately 14,841 square feet. The first floor encompasses 13,637 square feet and includes (3) truck service bays, Tool shop support, and employee amenity areas. A 1204 Square foot second floor Mezzanine was designed over the parts and tool rooms for additional shop Storage. Along with the Maintenance facility was all of the Site upgrades that included new fueling station. This project consists of the construction of a new 207 space employee parking lot, a new drive, a widened entrance at the, and the necessary site preparation and paving for truck routing and parking/staging.
